GOOD NEWS WE ARE GOING AHEAD IN 2021

We are determined to deliver the Festival in 2021 and have set a New date of

10th 11th & 12th September 2021.

Following the recent announcement of the road map back to normality by the government.  The Vintage Nostalgia Festival team have taken the decision to deliver our event in September when the adult population has been vaccinated and restrictions have been lifted or at a minimum.

We have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation, the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, exhibitors, traders, staff and contractors is always our primary concern, combined with the effect to the local area.

Check-in Outdoors all attendees will be asked if they have any symptoms or have been in contact within anyone with covid in the last 10 days. We will Turn people with COVID-19 symptoms away. Staff members or customers should self-isolate if they or someone in their household has a new, persistent cough; a high temperature; or loses/has changes to their sense of taste or smell, even if these symptoms are mild. They must also self-isolate if they or someone in their household has had a positive COVID-19 result, or if they have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace.

We will be advising attendees to provide a Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Device (LFD) demonstrated via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace or via the NHS App.

The test must be taken within the 48 hours preceding entering the event. OR

Proof of full vaccination - both doses received at least 14 days prior to the event demonstrated via the NHS App; or immunisation card.

Proof of natural immunity based on a positive PCR test within the last 180 days of the event (and not in the last 10 days)

And photo ID if you are not using the NHS App

We are extremely grateful for all the support we have received from our attendees, suppliers, staff, local authority, traders and many others.

We want you to have the full VNF experience and enjoy yourselves. We know this means waiting a little longer for your favourite event of the year!  It will be worth it!

There will be many, many questions from traders, exhibitors, attendees and others and we ask you to please bear with us as we work through the detailed planning process to deliver the Vintage Nostalgia Festival in 2021.

All pre-booked tickets and Trade bookings will be valid for the new dates and automatically carried over.

All attendees who are not able to take part will be able to defer (rollover) their tickets to the 2022 event.

Please contact us in writing if you wish to do this asap (deadline June 1st 2021).

We appreciate your support at this difficult time and look forward to seeing you in September. Stay Safe.

We wish you and your loved ones all the best.

Kind Regards The VNF Team
