Terms & Conditions

The purchase of Ticketing to the Vintage Nostalgia Show or any other RMJ TOP EVENTS event constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the following terms and conditions, pursuant to which we are prepared to grant entry to the relevant Event or Experience. Where you buy a ticket for another person you undertake that before the Event you will make that person (or their parent or guardian in the case of a minor) aware of these provisions and aware that by attending the Event they accept these.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse admission and to remove persons from any Event or Experience who do not comply with the rules of the Event or Experience or these terms and conditions, who represents a security risk, a nuisance or annoyance to the staging of the Event or Experience or to any other guests, who has in his or her possession prohibited items (which shall include without limitation, chemicals of any kind, drugs, ladders or stepladders, laser pens, unauthorised wheeled transport such as scooters or cycles, weapons or offensive materials of any kind or animals.

In the interests of public safety, we reserve the right to request you to leave the Event or Experience at any time for safety reasons or after the Event or Experience.

All vehicles (and their contents) parked within any car park operated by RMJ TOP EVENTS are left at their owner’s sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law RMJ TOP EVENTS shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by owners arising from their use of any RMJ TOP EVENT car park. RMJ TOP EVENTS reserves the right to move any vehicle it deems necessary due to logistical, safety or similar reasons.

Despite all reasonable precautions being taken unavoidable accidents can happen. Attendees attending an Event or Experience involving motor vehicles or aviation acknowledge that they may be exposed to possible risk of physical harm due to the nature of the Event and are therefore present at their own risk. RMJ TOP EVENTS excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for such injury, loss or damage and will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person or any property except to the extent that any such injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligence of RMJ TOP EVENTS, its employees or authorised agents.

Where any person through negligence or intentional or reckless act cause damage or loss to us, any other guest or Ticket holder or to any property at a RMJ TOP EVENT event or experience, they will be liable to the party suffering any loss or damage.

 

As part of our ticket purchasing policy we regret that we cannot cancel, exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been either cancelled or rescheduled.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Whilst we shall endeavour to fulfil our obligations swiftly and efficiently, we shall not be liable for any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations under these Conditions if the delay of failure was due to a reason of Force Majeure.

 

Save as provided above, we shall not be liable to any attendee at a an event organised by RMJ TOP EVENTS if and to the extent that any failure or omission by us results from a reason of Force Majeure. In this clause, a reason of Force Majeure includes any event beyond our reasonable control such as, but not limited to, war, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, any order or act of a governmental or regulatory body, failure of utilities, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, communicable diseases,

pandemic, funeral of the Monarch, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, disease, epidemic or other circumstances concerning the healthcare or well-being of humans or animals.

 

If during your booking, you provided us with a valid email address or phone number, we will automatically attempt to contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures if it is cancelled or rescheduled.

 

Cancelled Events - For the majority of cancelled events RMJ Top Events will issue a full refund. Refunds are normally issued within 28 days of RMJ Top Events  receiving notification of the cancellation and you should see the appropriate refund on your debit card or paypal account.

 

Rescheduled Events -  If an event is rescheduled and you wish to receive a refund, you must contact us to specifically request this in advance of the new date - otherwise your tickets will remain valid. Please note that refunds on tickets will be less charges incurred by Paypal. 

 

If you wish to receive a refund for rescheduled events, you will need to return all tickets in your original booking to us at the address below. Please ensure that all tickets in the booking are safely returned to us. Failure to do so will cause a delay or prevent a refund being issued. If some members of your party still wish to attend please enclose a note informing us of this and we’ll be in touch to rebook these for you.

Please Note that refunds for the rescheduled 2020 VINTAGE NOSTALGIA FESTIVAL MUST BE CLAIMED BEFORE 1st OCTOBER 2020. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any requests received after this time.

 

COVID 19 STATEMENT:

ALL EVENTS PLANNED / SCHEDULED FOR 2021 WILL GO AHEAD UNLESS GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE STIPULATES A LOCKDOWN FOR H&S PURPOSES. EVENTS WILL BE RESCHEDULED & TICKETS TRADE PITCHES TRANSFERRED/ CARRIED OVER TO THE NEW DATES.

4.1 We hold information about job applicants to enable us to contact you.

4.3 The information is only disclosed to those key staff involved in the recruitment process for the job you have applied for.

4.4 We will retain information on all applicants for a maximum period of 6 months, in line with recommended minimum retention periods; unless you have specifically requested we hold your details for future job opportunities.

4.5 Any data received through pre-employment checks that results in a withdrawal of job offer will be securely destroyed.

5.1 We hold information about suppliers to enable us to contact you.

5.3 We will continue to hold your personal details for two years after your last invoice with us. After which we will either delete your personal data or keep it because you have asked us to.

5.4 This information is only disclosed to employees of RMJ TOP EVENTS and contracted processors.  It is possible we might need to disclose this information for legal purposes.

5.5 The legal basis for processing your data is ‘contract’ while we are your customer.  When you are no longer active supplier, it is ‘legitimate interest’ because we may want to order from you again.

5.6 Your rights concerning your personal data are:

•You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you and we will show you, free of charge

•We will update the personal data to correct errors when you tell us about them

•We will supply you with an electronic copy of the personal data we hold about you if you ask us to
